January’s Theme is Listening

Welcome to our monthly House of Peace nature walk.  Even if you are not able to walk with us in person in the Houston area, you are still able to participate via this blog post.  All themes of the month are universally designed (when put into daily practice), to restore and maintain your inner -peace. 

This month’s theme is: Listening. In particular we will explore the divine purpose of listening. Are you mindful of your Listening? Are you taking full ownership of your Listening?

In the book, THE POWER CODES (The Language and Habits of the Most Powerful People on the Planet) Dr. Stephanie Jupiter writes, “The most Powerful People on this planet are those who have taken full ownership of their life and are creating the life they truly desire to experience.”

At the BRP Institute’s House of Peace Educational Ministry, our motto is Your Soul is Your Guru.  We define divine listening as an intuitive process of listening to your soul. This involves paying full attention to and obeying your unique innate intelligence a.k.a. your soul.  A big part of divine listening is being aware of your unique inner voice and trusting it enough to be obedient to it at all times. For this reason at the BRP Institute the majority of our knowledge of self educational classes are centered around building intuitive skills, for the purpose of self-discovery, self- trust, self-responsibility and maximizing full potential. 

Taking full responsibility for your life is your number one job. Practically, this involves giving your full attention to your unique innate intelligence, your inner voice. No one else has that capability or responsibility except you. Everyone else has their own unique inner voice that they are responsible for. You are the only one who can hear your inner voice, this is why you are the sole owner and responsible party for your unique inner voice. 

Moreover, the purpose of divine listening is to access your unique innate intelligence in order to transform, transcend and create your heaven here on earth. Your innate intelligence informs you of your unique divine blueprint for fully living. If you do not listen to your innate intelligence first then you are in a state of distraction. 

Listening is not just about hearing, it also involves obeying the divine instructions from within when given. By consciously listening to your inner wisdom, you initiate a transformative process. This process involves downloading “divine laws” into your ego__ this aligns your thoughts, actions and values with higher vibratory spiritual, moral and ethical principles and priorities. Thus, you become the creator of a life you truly desire to experience.

Divine Listening is Paying Full Attention to Your Soul’s Voice

Homework: During our nature walk this month, participants were asked to meditate on these questions: Are you taking full ownership of your life? Are you listening 100% to your inner Guru? Are you creating the life you truly desire to experience? 

Keep in mind that all of the schools of life-skills we discuss are all interconnected. Each Life Skill supports the other and all must be developed in order to continue to nurture your whole healthy self and Fully LIVE. So make sure to review the previous month’s blog post themes.
