Do You Really Know What a Oneness Mindset Is?

The theme for December 2024 is Oneness Mindset. This isn’t just about feeling good or bad; it’s about something much deeper. True, lasting joy comes from embracing a mindset of oneness, where you feel complete and whole.

A powerful question to ask yourself at any crossroads in life is: Do I feel whole, or do I feel incomplete?

Let’s explore two key self-images: the whole being and the incomplete being. You might also ask yourself: Am I seeing myself as one, or am I seeing myself as divided?

Do I embrace both my light and dark sides? Do I see the energies of the Yang and Yin as complementary, or do I see them as opposites and enemies?

This conversation is meant to inspire you to explore your feelings about who you are. These feelings act as roadmaps that guide both your conscious and unconscious thinking. As King Solomon wisely said, “As a man thinketh, so is he.”

Your Thoughts Shape Your Reality

If you’re happy with what you’re manifesting in your life, then keep thinking as you have been. But if you’re not fully satisfied with what you’re creating, it may be time to rethink your approach and shift your mindset.

At the BRP Institute, we use a tool called mirror work, which helps with self-reflection and transformation. The first step is to ask: Are my thoughts truly my own?

Here are some essential questions to help you reflect:

  • Is my thinking in alignment with what I want to experience?
  • Am I taking full responsibility for what I want to create in my life?
  • Do I know whose intelligence is guiding my thinking—my own, or someone else’s (like artificial intelligence)?

These questions are designed to guide you toward living with a oneness mindset. Remember, oneness begins from within.

The Impact of a Divided World

In today’s world, we see many polarized conversations and actions. This reflects a divided mindset that many of us hold, both inside ourselves and in how we interact with others. This inner conflict is often projected outward into the world.

While we all want a peaceful world, we sometimes forget that a peaceful world begins with peaceful people. Those who think with a oneness mindset understand that our differences are not divisive, but complementary. When we embrace them, we create harmony both inside ourselves and in the world around us.

So, what thoughts are you contributing to the collective? Are they supporting a oneness mindset? Are they helping create a peaceful world?

Reflecting on Oneness Within and Around You

When you look inward, do you see wholeness, or do you feel incomplete? Do you struggle to embrace oneness when you look outside yourself? Perhaps you find yourself thinking that something is wrong with others, making it hard to unite with them.

For others, the opposite may be true. You may feel incomplete when you look inside, but when you look outward, you see wholeness and wonder if something is wrong with you.

No matter where you are, ask yourself: How can I bring my inner world and outer world into a harmonious state?
